Donation and Sponsorship Guidelines
We are proud to be a responsible corporate citizen, and good friend to the community. WSB focuses donations and sponsorships on organizations that promote affordable housing or provide programs directed at low and moderate income individuals/households.
Donations are restricted to non-profit organizations headquartered in areas where WSB is located (Arlington, Belmont, Lexington, Waltham and Watertown). It is our policy not to provide funding to individuals, religious or political groups.
We receive hundreds of requests for donations per year. As that number steadily grows, to ensure that we continue our tradition of community involvement, and to comply with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations, we have established a set of guidelines:
• All requests must be submitted in writing at least one month ahead of when it is needed. Requests for donations are reviewed on the first business day of each month.
• Organizations should complete a Request for Donations form.

• All additional information supplied should be on the requesting organization's letterhead or materials prepared by the organization.
All requests will be reviewed and decided upon on a monthly basis. If a request is denied, we will make every effort to notify the organization in writing.
