Introducing E-Statements
Watertown Savings Bank is pleased to announce that customers can now elect to receive their monthly statements electronically, rather than on paper through the US postal service.
E-Statements are faster – receive your statement the day after your statement period ends, rather than one week later.
E-Statements stay available for viewing for 18 months. – Internet banking only provides a maximum two months of transaction records.
E-Statements save time & paper – Now you don’t have to spend time shredding documents. And, if most customers received their monthly statements electronically it would reduce our paper consumption by almost 100,000 sheets per month. On average it takes one tree to produce 80,500 sheets of paper.
E-Statements are safe - Your checking & savings account records are safely stored, password protected, in our system.
You must be registered for wsb online, our internet banking service, to receive e-statements. When you log on to wsb online, click on the Online Forms button and complete the e-statement application.
